I have realized through fitness and Deb Clark’s classes that surrounding yourself with positive people who enjoy an active lifestyle and share the same interest in maintaining that lifestyle can keep you focused, motivated and drive you to push yourself to a fitness level you had no idea you could achieve.

I believe constantly changing things up as part of your workout and challenging our bodies is a MUST! Every January at the gym I see people who start to workout (due to a New Year’s Resolution) then suddenly never return. If only they could find a group of people and a fitness plan that inspire them to keep coming back. Exercise can be “contagious” in the right environment and I hope to bring that to all my classes and inspire people to be the best they can be.

    I am one of those people, Tracey, who has started up every January and usually quits just a few months afterward. I have only done 2 classes with you, but so far, I love it. There are people my age (50’s) and I am not intimidated! But most importantly I am having fun and I don’t dread going…..YET! hee, hee!
